In ancient China, blue was often associated with the nobility and was seen as a symbol of royalty. This association dates back to the Han Dynasty(202BC – 9AD), when blue-dyed silk fabrics(rare and expensive) were reserved exclusively for the emperor and his family.
The use of blue in clothing and other decorative items eventually spread to the upper classes, and it became a popular color for ceremonial robes and other items of high social importance.
Material: Chalcedony, enamelled and gold plated metal

from 4 reviewsThe clover looks absolutely adorable, with its glossy jade, the fine lustre becomes apparent if taking a closer look, it’s understated yet elegant. I quite love how the jade green complements the gold ring! I hope it brings me good fengshui and plenty of luck!!

The hair bands looks stunning, it’s my first time to try one but seems perfectly match my outfits. Thank you for such attentive packaging, it’s also very Chinese! Love it!

Lo compré como un regalo para mi mamá y me alegra que le haya encantado. Gracias..
